Expanding the Cre-lox Toolbox: Advanced Targeting and a Comprehensive Repository of Conditional Mouse Models

About the webinar:

Cre-lox technology remains a cornerstone of studying gene function and modeling disease. This joint Cyagen-Taconic webinar highlights Cyagen’s newly launched repository of >200 Cre and reporter mice and >16,000 knockout (KO) and conditional knockout (cKO) mouse models developed using advanced gene-targeting, refined recombinases and validation approaches, and now distributed throughout North America and Europe through Taconic Biosciences.

Attendees will gain an understanding of Cyagen’s innovative design pipeline, strategies for verifying Cre expression and specificity, and Taconic’s best practices for breeding and maintaining Cre x floxed lines to ensure experimental reproducibility and translational relevance across research and development applications. Presentations will be followed by an interactive panel discussion and Q&A session.

Accelerate Discovery with Taconic and Cyagen

Taconic and Cyagen Biosciences offer a library of 16,000+ cKO/KO and 200+ Cre Tool and Reporter mouse models, eliminating the need for de novo generation. Combined with Taconic’s integrated embryology and colony management services, this enables faster, more cost-effective research progress.

Visit the repository and learn how we can advance your preclinical research.
