Customers will receive a Welcome Email from etaconic@taconic.com containing:

  • A login link
  • Your username
  • A temporary password
  • Instructions for first-time access

We encourage users to follow the instructions in the Welcome Email promptly to activate their account and begin exploring the new platform.

Transition from the Previous eTACONIC® Platform

To ensure a smooth transition, the existing eTACONIC® platform will remain available while customers migrate to the new portal. Customers will be notified before the previous platform is retired.
