These methodologies can also be adapted for Low Endotoxin processing for in vivo applications. Post purification, antibodies undergo dialysis or tangential flow filtration to adjust buffer to standard PBS buffers or customer specified buffers. All purified antibodies are subject to Quality Control assays including IEF, SDS-PAGE and A280 protein concentration determination. Our Certificate of Analysis includes all results from QC.
