Health Reports and Health Monitoring are integral parts of Taconic's Quality Assurance Program. The Taconic International Health Monitoring System™ (IHMS™) includes testing for a comprehensive list of microbiological agents. The Health Reports for each Isolated Barrier Unit (IBU), Modified Barrier Unit (MBU), Biobubble Barrier Unit (BBU) (PDF file: 490KB) and Research Barrier Unit (RBU) (PDF file: 310KB) and Gnotobiotic Isolator (MIG) are summarized by Health Report Groups (HRG's).
Health data is immediately available after review and approval by Taconic's ACLAM certified veterinarians. The health reporting IHMS™ enhances the testing frequency and numbers of animals tested for some agents to address global risk assessment for each target organism.

Health Reports by Animal Model
The health reports for all Taconic locations present all approved test results for the current calendar year and previous calendar year for the following health monitoring tests:
